ACIOE Associates Leads Change Agents Network Through Digital Transformation in Edo State

Establishing an effective and professional workforce in Edo State’s civil and public service, paying attention to the satisfaction and efficiency of its workers was the crux of the ACIOE Associates and partners powered 4-day Digital Sprint Design.

The journey began with the objective to uncover a challenge that would create a significant impact with crafted solutions as we reignite motivation and interest among civil and public servants.

The design sprint approached this problem by employing the iceberg model to expose the root causes of issues ranging from stifled career development to the pressure of high cost of living .

The goal of the Design Sprint was to establish a competent and effective workforce in Edo State’s civil and public service driven by passion as the embody the vision that would convey these institutions and bodies to create a conducive environment for sustainable change.

ACIOE Associates in partnership with stakeholders in the Edo State public sector, led the Edo State Change Agents Network in the Design Sprint Series which spot checking to note challenges, analyze impact levels and co- design solutions that would drive innovations that are aimed at structuring the public sectors’ problem-solving capacity.

Among the esteemed guests were the Permanent Secretary to the Edo State Governor, Special Advisor to the Governor on Strategy, Policy, Projects, and Performance Mrs. Sarah Ajose, Edo State Head of Service Anthony Osas Okungbowa Esq, Directors, and other public and civil servants.

Ours is a vision for a transformed civil and public service in Edo state and across Nigeria.

This sprint marks a significant milestone for ACIOE Associates  and their partners, reflecting the continued dedication to driving digital transformation in Edo State.
