On the 7th & 8th of February 2022, ACIOE, a resource partner to Palladium on Strengthening Civic Advocacy and Local Engagement (SCALE), held a Comprehensive Training Workshop for Skill Building in Advocacy Strategies and Techniques for SCALE Cluster members at the Grand Pela hotel in Abuja.
The Training Goal was to strengthen the capacity of SCALE Cluster members to design and implement high impact advocacy projects for an improved enabling environment for a defined socio-economic issue.

The objectives were:

• To enhance participants’ knowledge and skills in advocacy.
• To improve their communication skills.
• To strengthen their cluster’s advocacy system for sustainable impact.
• To increase capacity in building strategic alliances and partnerships to leverage efforts and resources.
