With over 25 years of leadership experience, she is a seasoned professional specializing in cross-functional team management, process reengineering, and enterprise risk mitigation. Currently serving as a Manager in Legal, Public Policy & Government Relations, she provides strategic analyses and advocacy support to align with clients’ business objectives. Her extensive background includes a significant tenure as Program Manager at the Presidential Advisory Committee Against Corruption, where she led initiatives in anti-corruption and criminal justice reform.

In her role as Head of Enterprise Risk Management at Nigerian Aviation Handling Co. Plc. (Nachoaviance), she played a key role in the company’s transition to the largest ground handling public quoted entity. Additionally, as Head of Risk, Subsidiaries, and Special Projects Oversight at Diamond Bank Plc., she designed frameworks for subsidiary oversight and contributed to the development of innovative credit risk initiatives.

Her diverse career spans roles at the United States Consulate, Michelin Nigeria Ltd., Continental Trust Bank/Universal Trust Bank, and other reputable organizations. Her educational background includes an MBA in Marketing Management from ESUT Business School, ACIS Chartered Secretaries and Administrator qualification from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators London, and a Barrister at Law (BL) from the Nigerian Law School.

Recognized for achievements such as winning the Franklin Award from the United States Department of State and steering the Nigerian Aviation Handling Company to receive the 2014 Nigerian Risk Award, she brings a wealth of expertise in legal, risk management, and government relations.
