ACIOE advises global health stakeholders, on strengthening maternal, newborn and child health (MNCH), health financing frameworks, and family planning ecosystems in Nigeria. Our work focuses on durable reform and financing architecture. We conduct fiscal space and health budget analysis, support domestic resource mobilisation strategies, develop sustainability models for donor-supported programmes, and assess political economy risks affecting reform continuity. This ensures health interventions are embedded within sustainable financing systems and resilient governance structures.
We help governments and organizations design and advocate for financing mechanisms that
expand coverage, improve efficiency and protect households from catastrophic expenditure. Our support includes financing landscape assessment, expenditure tracking, budget accountability support, domestic resource mobilisation strategy and coordination across funding actors to strengthen sustainability.
