Victoria Akoji-Omale

Victoria Akoji-Omale, is a certified Balanced Scorecard Professional (BSP), Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, Fellow, Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD UK). She is also a Certified Management Consultant from the Institute of Management Consultants and a Chartered Human Resource Consultant from the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management.

She has an MSc in Human Resources Management from the Aberdeen Business School (Robert Gordon University), Scotland UK, and is a versatile HR Professional with core HR and Consulting experience. She is also a graduate of Mass Communication from the Kogi State University, Anyigba.

Victoria received professional tutelage at ASO Savings & Loans Plc, FHA Mortgage Bank, Strategic Workforce Solutions and Nexia Agbo Abel & Co. She had a rewarding career spanning over 14 years in these firms, where she rose to the position of Director, Human Resources & Strategy. During her time with these Organisations, she carried various assignments involving numerous clients in the private and public sectors as well as not-for-profit organisations.

To date, Victoria’s experience cuts across Management Consulting, Human Resource Management, Operations, Performance Management, Corporate Management, Health & Safety, Change Management, Organization Development and Strategy.

Victoria is currently a Management Consultant at ACIOE Associates.
