Ada is an agile Product and Project manager with over 15 years of experience in various facets of Information Technology software and Process automation, engineering product management, and project delivery. Knowledgeable in applications of the scrum, Kanban and waterfall delivery approaches; and skilled in developing processes that facilitate continual progress and team achievement. Previously coached teams ranging in size from 5 to 10 people and successfully delivered projects ranging in budgetary scale from 500,000 USD to 15 million USD. Some of my career accomplishments illustrating the scope of my capabilities include:
– Successfully managed the Product development of 15 Fintech Products with Parkway Projects
– I successfully managed and launched Trade Depot’s major Distribution centre and simultaneously coordinated the infrastructural setup of additional four mini-distribution centres in four cities in Nigeria in the space of 7 months.
– Successfully deployed Network server and security infrastructure projects in the financial and Oil and gas industries
– Successfully managed Industrial Process automation projects worth over 10 million USD in the oil and gas industry in Sub-Sahara Africa
– Was Actively involved in the Implementation, Maintenance, and Improvement of Parkway Project’s Procedures in line with the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System.
