Duties and responsibilities
  • Ensure staff compliance to policy, HR practices, and local employment law.
  • Coordinate and provide HR and administrative support in on-boarding and off boarding functions
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure that access to staff records and information to authorized personnel.
  • Maintain physical and soft copy staff records and personnel files and keep them up to date.
  • Payroll Administration and management
  • Administration of overall recruitment process – Scheduling interviews, follow up and closure of all open positions
  • Coordinate staff on-boarding and off boarding
  • Contract Management
  • Liaison between staff and external service providers for all emerging issues
  • Manage and analyse timesheets
  • Drive staff performance

Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with Human Resource Management experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience
  • Experience similarly in an operations role
  • Proficient in the use of HRIS
  • Experience providing HR support to multiple countries in a diverse organization
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – must be able to interact in a mature, professional and friendly manner with local and international colleagues
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently and under pressure
  • Attention to details with highly developed organizational skills
  • Quick to learn, motivated to self-teach and capable of independently translating new knowledge into practice
  • Ability to support the team on effective communication
